It's a reliable, stylish, and inexpensive handset that doesn't require a contract

Simply put, the T-Mobile Concord won't turn any heads. When considering its meager specs and dated Android OS, it certainly isn't a hot-ticket item. But if you're in the market for something simple, inexpensive, and includes some basic necessary features, this device won't let you down. Aside from its subtly stylish design, the handset performed with solid call quality and respectable 3G speeds. Best of all, it comes with a bargain-basement price with no contract in tow.Less
It starts out good, like others say, but that quickly changes. Pro: -good battery life (around 10+ hrs for me) -easy to use Con: -super low space...can't download many apps -sometimes randomly turns off and on - slow picture messagingLess

I hate this phone
loved it in the beginning but after a month it completely changed. Not a lot of space for apps. and now I when I turn the phone on all I get is the t mobile logo and tone. It just keeps repeating the same thing over and overLess

Save yourself the headache!!! Do NOT buy this phone.
Out of the box, it seemed pretty darn cool for a hundred-dollar phone. Lots of features on the cheap. Within a couple of weeks, it started acting odd. The touch screen would take quite a while to respond, as if it were on a delay. Or, alternately, would require several taps on the same item to open. I've now had it for seven weeks, and it will not charge or launch. The most important thing you should know as a potential buyer is that I use my phone only on weekends, since my job provides a phone. So two days every seven weeks equals about 14 days of actual use - and it's DEAD??? Ugh.Less
