It may be normal for your phone to work or not work depending on the time of the day. This is due to the type of cell tower your phone is using. If your carrier's towers aren't busy, your service should be good. If they are, your phone will struggle to establish a signal. As far as your credit card goes, it could be that you need to wait awhile before making any large purchases. Let at least a few days go by, and you should be able to make the purchase without trouble.

I did phone the carrier dont really know if you mean the cell phone carrier if so its one of those carrier you cant phone and as for my credit card i used 2 different credit cards and both of them did the same thing
