The Rogers Anytime plan does not require a monthly fee. The $10 you are referring to is the minimum top-up amount. The $0.40 per minute call rate is taken of your top-up (pre-paid balance). Other voucher denominations are $20, $30, $40 and $100. Once activated, the Pay As You Go voucher value expires either within the number of days noted on the voucher or on the expiry date of the balance already in your Pay As You Go account - whichever is the farthest away. source
