The biggest factor here I think is your location. If you're in a place where Koodo Mobile has weak signals, then it's no use getting the "best receiving" phone. Though If I were to suggest a phone, it would be Huawei P20 Pro. From what I read from reviews, calls are crisp and clear here so you should be ok there.
