Do I have to pay my $1700 bill if I phone and ask for a US plan and the rep at your end doesn't implement?

This is what is happening to me right now. I have proof of call but they say " someone

in Manilla may have spoken with me".  So that‘s now my problem???  Your staff are incompetent so I pay????  I will be posting regularly until this is resolved.  

I'm sorry to read  that. I suggest that you ask for a manager so they can help you settle the problem.
