Why am I not able to use my phone when I just started last month?

I started my plain on the 22/23 of last month. I had incomming calls and free after 5 and texting for one month. why iam i not able to use my phone?

When you try to make a call what does it say? Anyhow, I highly suggest that you address the issue to Koodo Mobile ASAP. It may just be an error on their end.
