Hi, Dauna. Probably, you are talking about Prepaid Favorite Numbers. You are able to manage them by logging in to your online TELUS account. Click the 'Features' tab to access Favourite Numbers.
You can modify each number on your list once per billing cycle and those changes will be effective immediately.Your Favourite Numbers list will automatically carry over to the next 30-day cycle as long as the feature does not expire. Ensure you have enough credit on your account (if not paying by credit card) and that the feature is set to auto-renew.
Actually, the same procedure works for 10 free numbers, if you have one of Promotional plans - you may change the ten numbers once per billing cycle by visiting telusmobility.com
