How to access and correct Koodo phone activation info?

The phone was supposed to be in my name but koodo always call my wife phone and itried to change it butkoodo alltime passes on to different department so i just frusterrated with them if they cant straighten it out soon i will cancel my 2 phones




Hi Dave. Calling customer service for assistance can be very frustrating most of the time. Instead, you can go to a Koodo Mobile store and have an in-store representative help you. You can also email your concerns at customerservice@koodomobile.com. Include your account and contact information so they can assist you with your issue. I hope this helps :)
