1. Log in to My Bell with your username and password.
2. From the My Bell home page, click on your mobile number.
3. On the My wireless services page, click View my bill under Billing usage.
4. In eCare, look for the Amount due to the left of the page.

In your mobile phone, you can access the top self serve activities by dialling *611 free on your mobile phone or 1 800 667-0123 on a home phone > Select your language > Press 1 for billing inquiries > Press 1 for Account balance.
