How do I cancel my Koodo account? I do not need a cell phone anymore

I do not need a cell phone anymore so please tell me how to cancel my account

Hi Barbara. If you have a prepaid plan and have an auto pay setup, just remove your payment method, otherwise simply stop paying. If you have a postpaid plan, contact Koodo Mobile and request for a call back to cancel your account.
