How can I retrieve minutes I lost from Virgin Mobile?
I used my phone for 4 call after buying a phone card and becouse i did not know about the 30 min wait ..now my min,s are done.fix it thank!

Hi Steve. If I understood your question correctly, you weren't aware the the balance on your account is only good for 30 minutes and you want your minutes back, right? If this is the case, I doubt Virgin Mobile will give back the minutes you lost because it's not their fault. But you can still call their customer service and give it a shot. Good luck!
