Does the family plan include up to 5 lines for $40? If so then would the extra $10 per line apply to the 6th line plus?

The monthly service fee indicated for Rogers Family plans are for 2 lines. For voice and data plans, additional lines are $27.35 per line per month. For voice and messaging plans, it's $17.35 per line per month.
