I own the phone in question but at the time of purchase it was put in my daughter's name as she did the purchase for me. I have paid the bill each month regularly through my on-line banking. Circumstances between my daughter and I have changed and therefore I am requesting these changes. Please note that I have not been given a copy of my bill/statement in several months, so I do not have any idea if I am paying the correct amount. Hopefully you can assist me in this matter.
