Here’s an update on the leaked Motorola Android Sholes (or Shules as some are calling it) mobile phone we spotted a while back. It looks like apart from Verizon, AT&T or possibly T-Mobile will also be getting the Sholes in the form of a GSM version sometime in 2010.

As for the device itself, it will apparently come with the new Android Eclair system, the latest iteration of the Android platform. We haven’t heard of any other device being announced or leaked with Eclair on-board so the Sholes could very well be the pioneering handset to lead the parade. It's also being reported to be one heck of a gaming device as it also boasts of being optimized for the ARMv7 architecture which should provide stellar 3D graphics and game play for mobile devices.

Sounds good so far, but do note, though, that the Sholes has yet to be officially announced by both Motorola and Verizon so don’t get too excited just yet. Just keep your fingers crossed that this isn't just some sick joke that's totally been blown out of proportion.
