You guys still remember the Samsung S8000 Cubic we featured back in April? Well, here’s a hands-on video of it courtesy of Clipset.
Albeit being in Spanish, we can see how this yet-to-be-released Samsung touchscreen phone actually performs. There seems to be a slight lag when sliding through the various screen interfaces available, but nothing too drastic to get alarmed about. Apart from that, everything looks to be in tip-top shape. As a quick recap, the Samsung S8000 Cubic comes with a 3.1-inch 400×800 16M color AMOLED display, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, dual-band UMTS (900/2100MHz), and runs on the new TouchWIZ UI.
However, we still don’t have an idea on when it’ll be released in the market. Nonetheless, Engadget notes that it’ll probably be a while before we this new touchscreen phone debuts in the US. Not quite the news we were hoping to hear, but hey, nothing’s official yet so anything’s still possible.
