Does Bell or Rogers offer any smartphones on a 3-year voice plan that do not require a data plan?

With Rogers, when you get a smartphone on a 3-year contract, for individual plans, you are required to get a voice and data plan. But if you choose a family plan, you can choose between voice and data plans or voice and messaging plans.

As per asking a Bell rep, here's the list of smartphones you can get on a 3-year contract that does not require a data plan:

- Samsung Galaxy W
