Terrible customer service
Billed twice (on two consecutive days) for top up even though its supposed to be automatic. The service agents are useless and refuse any credit.Less

The WORST customer service!
I have had to call their customer service line multiple times. They have the absolute worst service. The reps are not empowered to do anything but read from a script and aggravate the situation. When you ask to speak to a manager you have to leave a message and they will call you back within 1-3 business days and they only work M-F 9-5. In their voicemail message they actually say if you swear or yell on your message they won't call you back. Classic case that you pay one way or another. At the moment I am waiting for someone to call me back as I have been over charged $135 in the last 6 months and I want that money credited back to my account.Less

I don't like it
I got this plan a couple of months ago. But when you top up your plan you got to wait for 6 hours to activate. If not your previous month's plan minutes continues and you will not be covered for the full month. I lost my half of my monthly plan due to this and couldn't use the phone for the re... More

If not your previous month's plan minutes continues and you will not be covered for the full month. I lost my half of my monthly plan due to this and couldn't use the phone for the rest of the month even after I paid in full. This is ridiculous. One can wait for maximum for an hour to activate, but for six hours. First of all, why we keep a cell phone? To be used whenever we want to. If there's an emergency during that 6 hour period what do I do? Call 911???? I bought this plan to contact my children who are far away from home. Otherwise I don't need one at all. Plus I don't have a home phone either. This is the only mode of communication whatsoever. But otherwise the coverage is very good. Price is right. Reasonable. Good service, no breaks.</p>Less
Stay away from Petro Mobility. Terrible coverage!!
I don't know why I kept topping up when most of the time my phone has no signal. I have over $150 accumulated in this phone because most of the time, when I need to can't text or call there's no cell signal. Here's the kick, I 'm supposed to get a text to tell me that it's time to top up but unfortunately I was in the place that has no signal at all so no reminder! Now all my accumulated money is gone :( On the positive note, this is the push that I needed to get rid of this service. So good ridden!!!Less
Poor Customer Service
You call the Toll free no. their voice is always very low, so that no one can hear what they are talking. They treat the customer as if we are stupids and does not have any knowledge of how the phone works.Less

Last 4 days I am trying to contact your customer service representative to transfer my present sim number to new registered nano sim. But nobody attending the call. I spent more 4 hours on hold to speak to an agent.Less
I was trying to let Petro Canada know that I lost my cell phone. I was not able to do it because I could not stay longer than 75 min on hold for a representative!Less
