ZTE Radiant User Manual

I bought a case and a Zagg screen protector for my Z740 Radiant. Only thing that will work right now is if you buy the ones made for a ZTE Force. They're almost identical, and with very little modification they work! Search on eBay for ZTE Force case and ZTE Force ZAGG.

Hi Grindale - I guess I should have a been a bit more specific - I want the kind that adhere to the phone it self, not the case you slide a phone into. Know where I can get one of those kinds of cases?

So far I've only seen leather cases and pouches. You may need to wait for a few more weeks before silicone and hard cases are available for your phone.

Hi Kendra. Check the Where to Buy section in the ZTE Radiant page. I saw a couple of cases posted in there.

Hi there. Try using a 3rd party messaging app and set it to default messaging app. Change the notification sound from there. Usually you can find it in the settings of the app.

Are you using a 3rd party app for messaging/dialer/contacts?

I am having the same problem.

The ZTE Radiant does indeed have a camera flash. (See pg 5 of the User Guide)

Hey Matt. The ZTE Radiant does not have camera flash.

It's probably because of the different emoji app you use.

To enter safe mode, simply press and hold your Power button as you normally would to turn your phone off. When you are prompted to either Power off, toggle Airplane mode, or adjust volumes, long press on “Power off” until you see the Safe Mode menu appear. Press “OK” and boot into Safe Mode. source

Restart your phone. That's what I do when my Android phone suddenly goes on Safe mode. Let me know if the method works for you as well. Good luck!

Hi denny_4075! Try installing the app Silent Boot (link). It seems that it is working based on the reviews. Please try it and let us know if the app works for you.

Open your messaging app > open its settings > NotificationsLet me know if you can see it on your phone.

Unfortunately, I can't find anyone that sells online. I suggest that you contact ZTE for assistance.

Simply restart your phone. You should be good after that. Please let me know if it you're still on safe mode after that.
