Hi Nicole. Can't find information of how exactly you can take a screenshot on the ZTE Engage LT. You can try the following methods:- Press and hold Power + Volume down - Press and hold Power + Back button - Use screenshot apps, but most require rooting your device first. If you haven't rooted your device yet, you can just download No Root Screenshot. As the name says, you don't need your device rooted to use it.

Encryption stores all your phone and tablet’s data in an unreadable format. Once you power on your phone, you’ll need to enter the encryption PIN or password the same as your phone’s lock-screen PIN or password. This PIN or password decrypts your data to make it understandable. Without this PIN or password no one will be able to access your data. Android has an inbuilt encryption feature that encrypts all data. You can access it by entering a valid PIN or password each time you turn on your phone. source

Hi Nik. Here are some ways you can hide pictures on your phone: First option: Manual file management If you don't have a stock file manager on your phone, you can get one from the Android Market, such as Astro File Manager, File Expert, or OI File Manager. Any of those will work. You can also mount your SD card on your computer and follow these steps from there (in fact, that way might be a lot faster). Step 1: Open the file manager (or SD card) and add a new folder that starts with a period (.) followed by a name, like .mystuff Step 2: Move your photos into this folder. They will no longer show in the default Gallery app nor any other picture viewer, just the file manager. You will need to remember where you put them, and you should note that they will not be protected by a password, as they would be if you'd used a photo-hiding app. Second option: Apps that lock down and hide your pictures There are a lot of options in this category. Two of the most popular apps are Vaulty and Gallery Lock Lite. Source

Hey derrick. Did you do something to your phone before this problem happened, like installing a custom ROM? Sounds like you're phone is on a boot loop. When something wrong happens to your phone, the first thing you should always do is to restart your phone. You can even take out the battery first and wait for a few minutes before turning your phone back on. Another option, but should be a last resort, is to perform a hard reset. To hard reset your device:1. Power off the phone 2. Press Volume Up + Power simultaneously 3. Release when the triangle/exclamation point screen appears 4. Press Volume Up + Volume Down simultaneously 5. Use volume down to select wipe data/factory reset 6. Select with the power buttonLet me know if you resolve your phone's issue. Good luck!
