This is not to say that all Android phones and tablets have a built in shortcut for Android screen capture, but many do.Try pressing a combination of buttons for example:My ZTE M screenshot worked with power & volume Down key. (at same time.)(Which my other ZTE was power & home key. (at same time.)1. Press the power button with the home button.Or2. The power button and the volume up/volume down button.Or3. The menu and home button Or any combination of buttons listed above. If you HEAR or SEE a camera ‘click’ or your screen flashes great! You should now have a screen shot saved in your gallery, if not try method 2 and or so on down my list. I hope this has helped other ZTE/Android users for screenshots, no matter what model of Android you are using.

Here's an important note: press the power and the volume down at the same time. Don't press the power first, then the volume down, press them together. I didn't get this at first and it took several tries to figure it out. Hope this helps.

Press and hold volume down key + power key at the same time for about 2-3 seconds or 'til you see the phone took a screenshot.

Hmm.. Try power key + home key. If still that doesn't work, I suggest that you install a 3rd party app from Google Play store for that. Let me know how it goes.

On a z t e phone plug in to your computer take your S D card an put in. Put your pics on it. Then erase all your pics off your phn, then put your S D back in your phn that's the only way mine would work.

You can't. Many ZTE phones are software locked from doing this. I own a z830 and its tiny internal amount of storage is a huge issue. I'll never buy another one without checking its specs more thoroughly next time. Never trust the AT&T sales person. Lesson learned.

Install SMS and call blockers. You can find a lot of free apps for that purpose in Google Play store. :)

Try this: Open Messaging > press menu key (right soft touch key) > Settings > Text Message > Manage SIM card messagesYou probably have an unread message in your SIM card.Let me know if that works.

I have the same problem, and I tried what you suggested. Unfortunately, there is no unread message in the SIM card, and there is still a notification for an unread message when there is none.

Hi Jeff. If your default messaging app has it, you should find it in the settings of your messaging app. If there's none, you can just download a 3rd party text messaging or a call and SMS blocking app to block a number.

Hi there! Check the mic hole, make there's something blocking it.
