Dave

I won't buy another one

This is my second Samsung Rugby. I have the same problem as the first one. No volume in the earpiece speaker.

This phone is junk after 11 days no volume in ear speaker and liquid In led front came out hasn't been dropped and no one will do anything for me.

I don't like this phone because it won't hold charge

The phone will barely hold a charge for 24 hours.
Jarmila

The ear speaker piece is quiet

I liked the ruggedness of the phone. But I am having a hard time hearing when someone is talking to me on this phone. Now we have to pay at AT&T restocking fee of $35. I hope Samsung can fix this problem in the future.

I bought this Rugby 4 less than three months ago, I started getting a white screen when I open the phone to use it. Then it went to having a mirrored screen every thing was backward and then the screen would be half fuzzed out, but I could still get my incoming calls and messages. I would have to take the battery out and put it back in and it would work for a couple times and returned to doing all of the above again. I went back to AT&T and a tech check it out and call service and they agreed to send me a new one under warranty. I will up date this review later after I use it for awhile. Less

I HATE this phone.

I had to replace my old Samsung Rugby flip phone with a new one - The Samsung Rugby 4. No one can hear me on this phone. They all say I sound as if I am, "underwater" or "in a tunnel" but mostly they just say, "WHAT??? I can't hear you." I called AT&T right away. They said the would not send me a new...More
I had to replace my old Samsung Rugby flip phone with a new one - The Samsung Rugby 4. No one can hear me on this phone. They all say I sound as if I am, "underwater" or "in a tunnel" but mostly they just say, "WHAT??? I can't hear you." I called AT&T right away. They said the would not send me a new phone unless I performed a "Master reset". Because I was not using the SIM card to remember my contacts and because I did not have a photo chip in the phone, I had to go back to the store to spend even more money buying a new SIM card and photos chip. Then I did the master reset. Same results - no one could hear me. I called AT&T back again and have been left on hold for a total, now of 4 hours 33 minutes. I have been disconnected five times and no one from AT&T has called me back when I was disconnected. This is the kind of thing that makes consumers furious. Less
