The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 was released right before its “big brother,” the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 UItra. While specs remain the same for the most part, there are some differences, including:
- A smaller 6.7-inch display
- No 120Hz refresh rate support
- ‘Glasstic’ backplate
- No MicroSD expansion option
- 64MP rear-facing camera
- 8GB of RAM
- 4,300mAh battery
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a more robust frame and larger size, but the standard Note 20 has its merits. Performance is near identical, the display is outstanding in terms of color and clarity, and the design is top-notch as always.
For someone who isn’t into all the bells and whistles -- or the big price tag -- that comes with the higher Ultra version, the standard Note 20 has everything that makes a Note phone good and is also less expensive.

- Peter Ferenczi, DxOMarkThe global version of the Samsung Galaxy Note20 features a very capable front camera. Selfie shooters will appreciate the generally high quality of its still output, which apart from a bit of noise is strong across the board. Its excellent video quality will appeal to vloggers. - OhsemIf you’re into photography, you will like the Note20’s ability to capture good shots. The main shooters at the back captures more than average shots while the selfie camera takes superbly clear and detailed self portrait shots. Although I said earlier that the camera improvements from the other flag...

- Darwin Sucipto, TechENTIn our books then, the most important things for a Samsung Galaxy Note device is covered within the Samsung Galaxy Note20. In that case, we struggle to see the point of paying more for the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra, if you do not have the extra MYR 1,000 to spend. If value is what you are looking...
