All in all, the phone should perform do considering its specs, and thankfully, it does. However, I'm still not a fan of the heavily modified ColorOS and all the bloatware apps that come with it. Also, the camera performance is mostly inconsistent, which the company should look after post-haste.

The X2 delivers excellent gaming hardware, we could tweak and customize the AMOLED screen to our liking, camera performance is at par with what we usually expect in this budget, and that battery pack and fast charging are phenomenal. On the downside, the phone feels very generic on the outside and we blame unimaginative V-shaped notch for the repetitive look.

Once again, Realme impresses with the price-to-performance ratio of its smartphone. While not as sexy as the X2 Pro, this Realme X2 offers a lot for its money. Its good battery life, excellent handling, and photo capabilities make it one of the best choices for under €300. However, if your budget is a little more stretchy, I advise you to choose the Pro version which uses the same ingredients while adding more quality to the camera and flagship features such as 50 Watt charging and a 90 Hz display.
