Your phone's display is broken and you need to have it replaced. Contact LG to find out where you can have your phone fixed

You can have your phone reprogrammed so you can try using it with another provider. But before you do, check with your wireless provider first if they're willing to activate your phone in their network.

Call your carrier's customer service and have them check your account. It's possible your account's capability to receive calls from outside of Canada has been disabled.
