This talkback will not give me access to anything on my phone!

I have an alcatel one touch magic and has enabled my talk back. I have a screen lock and it cant be touch and it so slubbish plus the fact that i cant scroll down to accesibility. What to do? PLs help me

To be able to navigate thru your phone while talkback is on, you need to use two fingers to scroll/swipe and double tap to choose.To turn off talkback, go to Settings > Accessibility > double tap TalkBack and choose off.

I can not get passed verifying my google account and its accepting it just will not let me pass how do i remove this all

I have same problem with my alcatel pop c 1 touch.........it hanged foe several times now since morning up to this time. I think what i can say these type of alcatel r not good types of fones at all better nokia or sumsung . It drains power too fast also it is just a hectic fone i hate it

I have the same problem. Many times when I try to answer the phone it will hang up instead. Does not freeze, hangs up. I would guess it's close to half the time. Seems to be more often when I answer immediately than when I let it ring a few times

Hmm... Check your voicemail, I think the call goes there. If I'm correct, I suggest contacting your carrier and tell them to increase number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.

my photo have are deleting there self how do I get these back or is there any way to receive them

If photos are saved in your memory card, just insert memory card in your computer and copy them.

The pictures aren't saved to the sim card, just the phone. Any other suggestions?

Go to Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Access Point Name > Press right soft touch key > New APN > Enter these:Name: Internet APN: ndo Proxy: Not Set Port: Not Set Username: Not Set Password: Not Set Server: Not Set MMSC: http://mmsc.cricketwireless.net MMS Proxy: proxy.cricketwireless.net MMS Port: 80 MCC: 310 MNC: 150 Authentication type: Not Set APN type: default,mms,fota,hipri,suplTap Save for the new APN or juts simply press back.Restart the phone then try if it works.

Through your carrier or the manufacture. Some manufactures put as much as 10 attempts for the code but some only gives you 3 attempts before the phone is Hard locked to the carrier. So give your carrier a call. And don't always trust the unlock codes you get online. Your carrier will give you the code if you meet their contract terms.

Contact the carrier where the phone is locked. Only the carrier or Alcatel can now unlock your phone.

Hi there! Simply visit Google Play store and search for call and SMS blocking apps. There's a lot of them for you to try. :)

Hi ronnie. What happens when you try to answer a call?

Open Call logs > press Menu key > choose Delete > select all and delete.

I suggest using a different text messaging app for a more customizable design.

Contact your carrier to increase number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.
