Why my internet is not working?

Hi Pardis. Are you connected using Wi-Fi or mobile data? If it's Wi-Fi make sure the network has internet connection and if it requires password, you entered the correct one. If it's mobile data, make sure you still have data on your account and have a good network signal. Also with mobile data, make sure you have the correct APN settings.
