I have a Samsung cell phone and all of a sudden I can not get to my messages as well as my call logs. it is showing I have missed calls but when I go to call logs it is blank and showing a black screen. when I go to my messages it also shows a black screen. my cell phone is also continuously vibrating. would love some help with this please.

Did you install anything before that happened? The only thing my mind is someone may have deleted intently or accidentally.
