Why can't I change my Microsoft account?
It already has a Microsoft account which I do not know the password and I want to change it but it doesn't work

Unfortunately, you will have to reset the phone to factory settings to be able to change the Microsoft account on your phone. Have you tried using the forgot password of Microsoft?
