Why won't the ZTE ZMAX turn on?
What do i do? My screen is black but the red lihght is on and the phone wont turn on or do anything ZTE Zmax?

My Screen Turns Blue, Powers Off And Take Days Before I Can Power It Back On. I Think This Phone Has A Looping Problem smh
my zte zmax is stuck on an infinite loop of the startup screen and the red light is flashing. Please help. I've only had the phone for two days.
The phone is on but the screen is black. The light is flashing green. I called it and I heard my ringtone, but the screen was still black. What happened? What do I do?
I was using my ZTE ZMax and it randomly wouldn't unlock, so I looked at the screen closer and it showed a VERY dim TMobile 4GLTE screen (The same as starting the phone) and it didn't have any red lights and only a green light when plugged in. I tried holding the power button down for about 15 seconds as suggested about and it restarted like a charm! Just try that 15 seconds because it seems to just be a force power on and off :)
Once i plugged in my ZTE ZMAX into the charger, the pone automatically shut down into a black screen and i took it to the store and they couldn't do anything about it. HELP!!!
My phone won't come on and there isn't a red light either the person I got the phone from said it was dead when they shipped it what do I do?
So I have the samw problem. My screen is off and the red light is flashing, when I push the power and volume button the red light stays on, so I then press the power button and it starts blinking again.... wtf??!!! Please help I took the back off but did not remove the battery and was told since I did that it is not coveres my the warranty. I wish they would have told me that little bit when I bought the damn thing. -_- Any other suggestions?!??

I was using my phone and i turned it off and when i went to turn it on again it wouldent and i dont know what to do
