Why can't the person I'm calling hear me when using the Alcatel Authority?

The other person i call can't hear me speak. what is wrong?




Hi Thomas, have you made sure that the Mute button isn't active during phone calls when the person on the other end of the line can't hear you? You might also want to try using a headset with a built-in mic to see if that will allow you to be heard, because if so then the problem could be with your Alcatel Authority's microphone. Try the above tips and see if it makes a difference.
