it was working fine and then one day it just stopped. when i attempt to save pictures from kik, or screenshots, theyre saved as black spaces in my gallery. when i attempt to post on social media, it closes the app. when i open the camera, it says storage is ful even after i deleted all my apps. how cani fix my camera? i would do a factory reset but i dont want to lose my pictures, and i am not sure how to do a software update as was suggested by someone who tried to help.
