All I get is powered by android when I try to turn mine on. Tryed to hold down both the on and volume and still get the same screen. It NEVERS goes any farther.

I hate to tell you this but it worked for me too... and then two months later it went out again and nothing could get it back on. I took it to Verizon and they want to send me some type of kit and if that doesn't work I have to send it back. That sounds like BS to me. It's still on warranty. I told them I thought it was BS and that if I don't get a new one I'd drop the monthly fee and not use it. They said "There is a $175. fee for that. Holy Crap. That's when I lost it and said, I have to pee, does Verizon have a fee for that too? I walked out. I'm so mad.

I am not sure what I did but I held down the power and volume down buttons and now there's Chinese on the screen. Does anyone know how to get out of it. Holding the power button does not work. I feel like I've done some damage.

Did a system download and now won't go past the welcome screen, won't turn off, how do I reset it or get it past the welcome screen

This info was so helpful. could not get tablet to turn on for two days didn't even show it was charging. I still decided to leave it on the charger and after reading the reset info I tried it and it turned on charge was at 99% and 100% after a few seconds of powering up. I did drop my tablet several months ago but it stills works called for replacement was told I didn't have insurance which I do and would have to pay $40. contract is up so I'm really trying to decide if I want to try and get a new one or just let this one truly play out.
