The microphone & Bluetooth on my HTC One VX stopped working for phone calls. What can I do?
I can hear people on the other end just fine, they cannot hear me.
I've checked, and don't have the mute on; restarted several times, all to no avail. Any ideas?

If the HTC One VX has a persistent problem that cannot be solved, you can perform a hard reset.
1. Slide the Notifications panel open, and then tap on Settings.
2. Tap Storage > Factory data reset.
3. Tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.
