wifi and data automaticaly gets turned on when htc on sleep mode

That's odd. Was it like that since you bought the phone? If not, try to remember what you last did before that started happening. Maybe an app or something is causing that.
Why my HTC 616 mobile data and wifi automatically on, even when I make it off..?? Any reason, or any trouble in phone ?
