Hi Dennis. Can you specify which Motorola Moto E phone you are using? Check if do not disturb is enabled: Go to Settings -> tap the search icon -> look for Do not disturb, make sure it is disabled. Is it receiving calls but not hearing a ringtone; go to Settings -> tap the search icon -> look for Volume -> from hear you should be able to adjust ringtone volume, make sure it is not muted.
