I bought an lg motion 4g in February 2013. I had problems with it almost from the start. So I took it back to the metro pcs store that I got it from and got a replacement. I do not think it was new. Now I am having issues with the charger port. Metro pcs will not replace it or fix it. Is my phone still under warranty? I haven't even had this phone a year yet. Please help!
Hi Colleen. The phone itself should still be under warranty. You should insist that your phone get fixed. If they refuse, you should ask why. Maybe they have a valid reason. Just make sure they explain so you know why.
