I took an addon for USA on 21st July 2022 and wanted to use text and Call in US on the 22nd July 2022.Nothing worked. My $ 15 went to waste

Hi Mridul. Can you tell us which carrier are you with, which plan, and which add-on you used? Are you sure the add-on was added to your plan?
