Hi Peter. Which phone are you using? Usually, it's just by dragging the green phone icon. If it's a phone with keypad that has phone icons, press the green phone icon. For phones with keypad that don't have the answer and reject buttons, it's usually the button under "Answer" while the phone is ringing.
