I can't make any calls on my Motorola Theory without turning on the speakerphone. What could be wrong?
i was on the phone when all the sudden the call was dropped and i wasn't able to answer the call with out putting the caller on speaker. i can't make any calls either with out putting it on speaker first. i think i accidentally changed a setting?...?

Hi Heather. Did you drop your phone? Sounds like the earpiece of your phone is broken and that's why you won't be able to hear people at the other end unless you turn on the speakerphone. I suggest you have your phone checked to confirm what exactly is wrong with it.
