Why can't I send text messages on my Samsung Galaxy S III?

I can't get out going text messageing to work how come and how can i fix it please

Hi Mike. Usually a simple restart fixes it and refreshes network signal so you can send text messages again. Have you checked your account balance? Maybe you just ran out of load.
