How to hard reset / reset to factory setting my sonim xp3340 ? i'm try to use code 1234, but it's say wrong password. what should i do?

Answer this question...my son downloaded the AVG Anti Theft software on his phone (Sony M) then change sim card now his phone is locked and when he put his password it says its wrong

Hi soni. Besides 1234, you can also try 12345, 0000 or 00000. If none of these work, you may have to contact the store you got your phone from for assistance.
