go to sound¬ification>interrupttion>when calls and notification arrive>alwys interrupt

Try this fpr MOto G: Go to Settings > Sound & notification > Interruptions > and click on >When calls and Notifications arrive> you will get 3 options- select always interrupt option

Just press down volume key.
Select "All" .

The star is showing that priority ringer is selected.

Its about ringtone profiles
It shows priority calls only
So press volume button and remove the profile from prioirty to normal mode ..
