Hi susan. Did your phone get stuck in Emergency Mode? This usually happens when a phone gets damaged, like when you drop your phone in water. So unless your phone gets fixed, it will remain in that mode. If you just called 911, the phone shouldn't get stucked. If it does, just remove the battery and place it back in, then turn on your phone. That should solve the problem.
