About two months ago I attempted to send some messages but 3 of them never reached their destination. Since then I have deleted ALL my text messages and have turned my phone off a few times in hopes of removing the icon on the top left area of the phone. The icon appears every time I hit the message icon. I can only temporary remove it by hitting 3 bars located on the top right corner of the phone. I want to remove it permanently.
