Hi Barry. Which phone are you using? If you are using an Android phone, use the file manager to move files between phone memory and SD card. If you want to move apps, go to Settings > Apps > Downloaded, I'm not sure if your phone supports moving apps, but check all the apps under Downloaded and check if the option "Move to SD card" is not greyed out.
