If you have not yet changed your password, you can try the last 4 digits of your phone number or the last 4 digits of your phone's MDN (usually can be found in the box your phone came with). If you have changed your password already and have forgotten it, you should call you carrier for assistance. Hopefully they can help you resolve your problem.
