It can be repaired, yes. But you'd need to use special tools. Not to mention you have to find a replacement screen first. In cases like this it's often better to leave it to the professionals.

With that said, your best option might be to just count this as a loss because there's a high chance that a repair would be almost as expensive as buying a new device completely.

Only consider going the repair route if you can somehow do it under manufacturer or store warranty.
