I can't find any specifically developed for Karbonn A18+. What I found is a rom for Karbonn A18 (link) which I think may work. But I suggest reading through it first for bugs and compatibility.
Please be careful when flashing roms 'cause a simple small mistake may lead to boot loop or a bricked phone.
