MiKE, the now defunct mobile carrier owned by Telus, operated their iDEN push-to-talk network in Canada from 1996 to January 29, 2016. In its place, Telus now offers Telus Link, a similar push-to-talk that uses HSPA, LTE, and Wi-Fi technology instead of iDEN.

I really dislike telus due to there arrogance in dealing with customers.

Every time something comes up. Telus does nothing to fix it. Even when it was their mistake in the first place. They're irritating and overpriced with lax customer service.

i can't even get the phone unless i go to the telus store! it's 2010, i can buy anything from the comfort of my own home. houses, cars,planes,helicopters,boats,computers, mail order brides,even drugs, but not a mike phone. fu telus, i'll get my phone somewhere else.

We've been loyal customers of telus mike b4 it was even telus. Three company phones on the mike service since about 1997 or 98. we've always paid more since 02 or 03 than almost anyone else i've known. Held on to the contracts cause it was by the second billing, then once i changed it got completely... More

We've been loyal customers of telus mike b4 it was even telus. Three company phones on the mike service since about 1997 or 98. we've always paid more since 02 or 03 than almost anyone else i've known. Held on to the contracts cause it was by the second billing, then once i changed it got completely ripped off by telus. We never missed a payment in the past 12 or so years. Now we've been double billed insulted hung up on and called liars when we prove to them that very unpleased with service. 3 comp. phones for 12 yrs. with mike. Always paying more monthly than anyone i know. Now missed a payment and service was cut off. Customer service was unreliable in giving a proper rate plan, lying about charges, rude, impatient and when they were caught making a mistake told me to check my resourses. BTW never got offered a phone or discount for n e of the contracts for 12 yrs. avrg. bill 4 3 phones 4 12 yrs approx. 380 dollars /month. THANX TELUS
