this is the second one I have had. I first had problems with it turning off on its own, if I would be sending a message it would turn off or even replying, would fail a lot of times, someone would live me a voice mail and I would try to call it would mail voice it would turn off, tried to answer and sometimes would turn off. they even changed on the second one the sim card, gave me a new battery still had the same problems.
